Cowboy Inn Policies

CANCELATION POLICY

Travel plans sometimes change. If your reservation is canceled prior to 7 pm Mountain Time, we will not charge a cancellation fee. However, if your reservation is cancelled after 7 pm or not cancelled at all, you will be billed for the first night’s room and tax.

We do not offer refunds for no shows or early checkouts.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome in 2 of our guest rooms at no additional charge - if notified when the reservation is made. Should we discover evidence of a pet in a non-pet-friendly room, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Please check for availability.

SMOKING POLICY

The Cowboy Inn is a 100% smoke-free property. If we detect that smoking has taken place in any room, you will be assessed with a $250.00 cleaning and service charge.

DAMAGE POLICY

Guests are responsible for any and all damages, regardless of intent or negligence, inflicted upon the room(s), or property by you or any member of your group, whether they are officially registered during your stay. Cowboy Inn retains the right to maintain your credit card and/or debit card information, or to utilize your $50.00 security deposit provided during check-in. The hotel may charge or debit your credit/debit card with amounts it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion, to compensate for or cover the costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Cowboy Inn due to the aforementioned actions.
